Penelope is a Florida flamingo with a flair for the dramatic and a heart full of wanderlust, despite never leaving her sunny home state. She’s bubbly, a little bit ditzy, and completely convinced that she’s ready for her first-ever winter vacation. 

When her friends warned her about the cold, she nodded enthusiastically and grabbed the coziest thing she owns—her beloved silk scarf. Surely that’s all she needs, right?

She’s convinced that snow is just like really cold sand, and she can’t wait to see what all the fuss is about.

Will she freeze the moment she steps off the plane? Maybe. Will she still strut confidently through the snow, pretending she’s totally fine while shivering her feathers off? Absolutely.
