About Me
Born and raised in Napa, California, I moved to Ann Arbor 14 years ago to attend law school at the University of Michigan. While I practiced law for a few years, my true passion was always elsewhere.
I decided to follow my heart back to what I’ve loved since childhood: creating art. In 2019, I graduated magna cum laude with a fine arts degree from Eastern Michigan University and have been a full-time professional artist ever since.
Though I started out painting florals and photorealistic subjects, I found myself drawn to something that felt more like me—colorful, personality-filled animals dressed in human clothing. As a lifelong animal lover, bringing their charm and quirks to life on canvas has been a joy. My work is all about making people smile, whether through a cat in pink sunglasses, a mischievous dog in a cozy sweater, or an elegant rabbit in vintage attire.
While my focus is on these animal portraits, I still offer prints and cards of my earlier paintings, and I also create a unique line of Christmas cards each year.
