Shipping policy

I currently ship to the United States and Canada. Orders are carefully packaged and shipped from my studio in Ann Arbor, Michigan. 

PROCESSING TIME:  Orders ship within 3 business days, excluding postal holidays.

COST:  Standard shipping is free on orders of at least US$ 30 (CAD$ 50 in Canada). Otherwise, costs are determined by the Postal Service or UPS and shown at checkout. (I don't mark up shipping charges so you will only pay what the carrier charges me.)

LOCAL PICK-UP:  Free, no-contact pick-up in Ann Arbor is available. Once your order is ready (usually within 1 business day), you'll receive a notification email, and you can pick it up from my studio porch near downtown Ann Arbor.

TRACKING:  When your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.
