Weekly Update, April 13-17

One of the good things about being ordered to stay home because of the COVID-19 pandemic is that I already work at home. So my daily routine hasn’t changed much at all. My commute consists of walking up the stairs to my studio, and the only traffic I encounter are my two cats.

This week I worked on a study of purple petunias. I still need to photograph it. The paper buckled a little as I was painting so I currently have it underneath a stack of books to flatten it out. Good thing I kept all my heavy text books from law school. LOL!

I also introduced my notecards this week. I created three sets with three cards each. There are landscapes, florals, and roses. I’m doing a giveaway for a free set. So if you haven’t entered yet, be sure to put your name in soon. I’ll be drawing a random winner on the 21st and announcing it via email.
